Team spent 4 days of travel and 5 days of working. Their first day of work was New Year's Day. The weather was in the 20's during the day the first 3 days and then it started to warm up to the 40's.
Team painted inside of Helen Stanton's (84 yr.) home the first 3 days and the next 2 days the group painted the remodeled bathrooms at the location that will be used for additional teams coming to Vidor
Gary and his grandsons are dry walling the Nehemiah's Vision job control office at The Mission Center of First Baptist Church Vidor, Texas.
We were able to take a tailer full of household items, computers, printers, diapers and food to them. They were so excited to receive the items and asked when we could come back again.
The trip was a success and the team covered a lot of miles in the 4 days of travel to/from Texas.
