Share Operation 29:11

April 14, 2015 THANK YOU World Emergency Relief for the truck load of fresh produce that was delivered to our distribution center in Holbrook AZ and our partner Bible Navajo Mission in Gallup NM. What a blessing for those who received this food.

Produce Delivery

The load included butternut squash, cucumbers, green beans, green peppers, and tomatoes.  It was well received and in much need in many locations.

Following are three cases where the delivery was timely

1. First Southern Baptist Church of Holbrook AZ: Each Saturday First Southern Baptist distributes food to the homeless and poor in the Holbrook area through their Operation Love ministry.

2. The Hope Center (THC), Whiteriver AZ, Fort Apache Indian Reservation: THC serves two meals weekly to approximately 100 homeless and poor Native Americans in a community with extremely high unemployment.

3. Bible Navajo Mission/ Wildcat Christian Academy of Gallup NM: After Pastor Jim Bowling completed distributing produce to 16 churches across Gallup and the local Navajo Nation the remainder was presented to the Gallup Community Pantry. The Gallup Community Pantry serves the hungry and needy in the Four Corners area
