Randal L. Williams, Co-Founder and President
Randal is retired from Southern California Edison and is co-founder of ICS Strategic Partners (ICSSP). Randy is a graduate of The Master's Program (TMP) (1999-2002) and member of The Barnabas Group (2011). Randy served on the Board of Directors of LifeLift International, Inc. (1999-2008) and as California Director for Native American Missions Support, Inc. (2008-2010) prior to founding ICSSP and Operation 29:11. Randy and his wife Pam have three grown children and reside in Garden Grove, CA and Prescott, AZ.
Pamela S. Williams, Co-Founder and Treasurer
Pamela has been employed with The Boeing Company for 29+ years as a programmer/ analyst and is co-founder of ICS Strategic Partners (ICSSP). Pam is a graduate of The Master's Program (TMP) (2001-2003) and member of The Barnabas Group (2011). Pam has worked with her husband Randy since 1999 in various technical and accounting roles. Pam and Randy have three grown children and reside in Garden Grove, CA and Prescott, AZ.
Robert D. Ratzlaff, Co-Founder and Secretary
Robert is a technology entrepreneur and is co-founder of ICS Strategic Partners (ICSSP). Rob has over 20 years of technology and managerial experience with UPS as well as 5 years of technology consulting in his own business, RRI Technology Support. He serves as the Director of Technology providing guidance, maintenance, and training to staff, volunteers, and clients. He has worked with Native American Missions Support since 2007 providing technical expertise in support of computer installation projects on the Navajo Nation and White Mountains Apache Indian Reservation. Rob and his wife Jesse have three children and reside in Garden Grove, CA.
Douglas C. Sundman
Douglas is retired from Rockwell International, Inc. and serves as the Director of Relief Support. Doug has a long history of service in domestic and foreign missions projects work, most recently with Native American Missions Support, Inc. Doug and his wife Carol have four grown children and thirteen grandchildren, and reside in Anaheim, CA.
Wayne K. Freeland
Wayne comes from a 30+ year career in the free enterprise world and from serving for 15 years in a Christian ministry. He began his career as a business owner and then in Sales and Management for a national company. During this time, he has also served in his local church and in various extended ministries to Native Americans and by mobilizing short term evangelistic and construction teams to Mexico. After early retirement, Wayne served 15 years as Director of Partnership Development for YUGO Ministries. Wayne and his wife Jeanne have three grown children, four grandchildren, and reside in Chandler, AZ.
Jermey is the senior Pastor of Magnolia Baptist Church in Anaheim, CA. Jermey and Corrie have 4 children and reside in Anaheim, CA
Charles W. Lotshaw
Charles is a retired small business owner and the Co-Founder and President of Lotshaw Helping Hands, Inc. Charlie and his wife Linda have served in relief support ministry since 1982. He has served as the West Coast Manager of Operation Blessing (1996-2006) and as President of Lotshaw Helping Hands (1996-present). They currently serve people in need in areas of Southern California, Central California, Colorado, Oregon and the Navajo Nation. Charlie and Linda have 2 grown children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren, and reside in Corona, CA.
